SociaList roadmap

Although barely through certification, SociaList is already gaining considerable interest and it looks like its shaping up to be a rather useful application.

As always, we don’t like to stand still so we are already getting stuck into the next release.  With that in mind I thought I would share our plans.

Version 2, scheduled for January 2013 is set to jam packed full of features.  The main one being the launch of the web client.  This will be a place where you can manage your account and interact with your lists when not at your PC or Windows 8 device.  I know normally these things are done the other way around but we like to do things differently!

Secondly there will be some changes to the app itself. There will be enhancements to the way lists and items can be created such as sorting, re-ordering and editing but also much more social integration.  In fact you will see this right from the off as you will be able to sign in with your Facebook, Google, Twitter or Microsoft accounts.

Being able to publish your lists directly to your social media site will be the killer feature though and were hoping people are going to love it when they see it.

Keep watching over Christmas for more updates.
